No, you are not required to be in contract. We work off of a written proposal detailing your chosen cleaning services and their cost. This way, you can alter your cleaning service needs at any time with just a phone call to adjust the scope of work and pricing.
Yes, we have General Liability, Worker’s Compensation and auto policies. Revitalize Real Estate maintains insurance through Donegal Insurance to protect you from damaged property or any worker injuries that may happen while our staff cleans your business.
After hours is preferable so there are no interruptions or additional people on site that we may be liable for while completing our services.
We take before and after pictures if anything is out of the ordinary, otherwise we can create a checklist to be used to track our progress and ensure we hit all of the required areas. If something is unable to be cleaned during that visit, it will be noted on the checklist and given the most attention during the next visit.
We offer you the choice of using your cleaning supplies or ours.

We accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments 24 hours in advance. Please understand that we book our team very early in the morning or after hours during the evening, so changing an appointment on short notice is often not an option.
